Absolutely pathetic! Just in case, people are not aware of all building managed by so called 'India properties' are leasehold and not controlled by actual owner. Krishan Kumar is a super greedy ill behaved man. He only cares about rent and false electricity charges. Also mind you, he will not return back your security deposits at any cost. He ignores all E-transactions, Rental Agreement, even you won't be able to claim tax returns as he doesn't share his PAN card. In nutshell, 'INDIA PROPERTIES' is a trap.

Worst renting. They will not return your security. They are thugs. Especially the owner. He is mean and a fraud. Don’t ever get flats on rent from here. They charge you on the things that you don’t even use. False electricity bills.

So this is the first time I m posting a really negative review about anything....the man who takes care of this property and sit in this very nice ac office do have a Penny of ethics to talk to the humans plus the arrogant nature he have is very well suited on him.....plus when I shifted in the room we have decided a lesser amount as the fixed rent and that time this guy didn't said anything and agreed on the same but suddenly when I went to pay the 3rd month rent this guy says he is increasing 1k as me have begged him for lower rent and now it's been long I have paid less rent so I have to pay 1k extra as decided while shifting....and mom swear anything like this have never been decided...this is a complete harassment and never ever recommend anyone to take a rent from this very well valued cheater

Worst property, they don't have sense to talk to people. Must say damn pathetic people. They don't have manner plus super greedy, service is really bad. My bad that I didn't look at the review before moving here.

Decent plave to live. There is a good chai stall just below the building. Gali Number 1 is a good locality, with all kinds of shops nearby. The place is close to Cyberhub and a lot of office spaces, so it is a good option for the corporate employees to live in. The location is near Yadav Properties and is incorrect on the map. So, if you want to reach here, search for Yadav Properties on maps.

The AC TV freez is just to show, they never work, India properties does bother anything other then money. Simple Indian Word choor hai sale mad....hod.
