Extremely poor response. I had been sending them emails and making phone calls to the two numbers they have provided for enquiring about a new filtration system for our apartment complex. They don't respond at all and not even ready to talk if they pick the phone. Really wondering how these people will be servicing existing customers if this is their attitude towards new prospective customers.
