Most unprofessional. Officials were chatting in a corner, while reception was kept unattended. Customer has to go after them to even initiate a conversation. Took my sx4 to sell. First question put was if I want to buy a new car in exchange. On my refusal they simply did not want to even see the car I brought. Finally after a long wait, a half hearted official without even properly examining the car quoted a price which was not only much below the market resale price, but rather insulting. B.t.w I sold the same car for almost double the price the very next day at Olx sec 17 shop.
