This gym is on another level! From the minute I walked in I felt the vibe! As it stands this is one of the better gyms I've seen if you're serious about lifting. Awesome equipment, and really cool atmosphere. Really easy to get on the machine you want too. If your lazy and like sitting on machines playing games on your phone then this isn’t the gym for you! Don't be afraid to sweat when you visit!

If you are from Old gurgaon either From new GGN, you should go for the Mould gym and crossfit , i have first visited to this gym in sep 2017 and still counting. The machines are daam good even the trainers are very helpfull. You will not going to find better gym than this and last not least the owner Dheer kataria he is a Gem of a person he allways gone beyond the line to train the client he always push you hard. In my opinion you should go for this gym.
