Worst website till date. I tried to fill an elaborate birth certificate form for atleast 10 times but it just does not happen. Login also takes 4-5 attempts.

Corruption is synonymous with MCG. Complaints are closed without attending. Cyber cell works in connivance with MCG employees . Ghost employees express themselves in messy surroundings. Vigilance deptt is an eye wash. Contractual workers do the main job and leave all mess created as it is to save time and labour. Councillors and not quality control deptt have power to sign bills of contractors. No contractor works if local councillor doesn't want work to happen ( even if approved by officials and needed on the ground) because payment rests in the approval by councillors. Councillors Mahesh Dayma lack vision. They get votes from vote banks of villages and they take decisions for tax payers for the areas much larger than the vote banks occupy. Pathetic condition. Someone pls shake this set up.

Very poor. I and my whole village member, want from the government of India. Please replace all the members and workers of mcd. They don't take our problem seriously. My village water become poison. The Time is one month of the complain, but no solution occurred. If any one of the villagers have face any type of water related problem. It only about by the MCD TEAM.......
