Pathetic Service and appalling customer care. They take your money and when the time is to refund your money, they turn deaf and dumb. I have been writing on their Linkedin page for past few weeks. Every day they shamefully write that they will look into my case on priority. But havent received any response

once you start living their, no agent will come to resolve your query, if you move out they will put all the invalid charges on their own, my move out was 4 days back, agent didn't came and from last 4 days they kept on saying inspection done and i cant see that on my dashboard, now i have been contacting them on every possible way and they are not responding. Its better to live in 1BHK

first they will let u in ,once you are in they will charge nonsense charges . I have fallen a prey guys be careful. Non ethical , worst is an understatement for them

Horrible place for seeking accommodation. The whole team is littered with people who have little or no competence in running this business. My tickets remain open for months and then are suddenly closed without any reason. Undocumented charges for services not provided. Their management team is now full of yes men who blindly do what founders ask them to. They are vindictive and unsupportive. Best avoided for seeking their service.
