Not even worth for Single star, I have applied for job and HR called and sent me interview details after 2 days they cancelled my interview and till date no response from HR. In a company if HR(Mr.Deepak Sharma)behavior only such a manner then we can decide how the company in overall.

No resale value producto no value for money i bought okinawa praise only 1.5 year ago in approx 1 lakh and during lockdown approx 3 month my scooty stand a one place and after lockdown suddenly scooty doing 20 to 30 km mileage in one full charge when i buy this scooty getting 90 to 100 km mileage in one full charge and new battery cost is 30 to 45k so thats not value for money for me and when i bought salesman told me battery warranty 3 years now company told me your battery out of warranty not support from company and not located proper service center so i not suggest any one to buy this

Sir i have issue with okinawa is only spare part availabality... The spendal of back rim is broken (with out any accident ) Now its two month from now i haven't got that spare part from any okinawa spare part department can u plz help me out with this problem.. I have to do delivery work .

March, 2018 : Purchase of electric scooter from M/s Vishal Motors, Mumbai . December, 2018: During 2nd service, problem with motor detected, but diagnosed by Vishal Motors as weak battery related issue. January, 2019: Shifted, went to SRK Ventures, Kandivali, Mumbai. (Due to convenience of proximity to home). February, 2019 : Okinawa service engineer diagnosis to fault with sensor of Motor. May, 2019: Email sent to customer care. (no response). June, 2019: New service engineer promised to look into it., but no further development. August, 2019: Some movement seen, (still no response to emails). November, 2019: Scooter sent to SRK Ventures for replacement of sensor, after 2 weeks sensor replaced but problem persists. December, 2019: third service engineer, finally admits to a faulty motor and promises replacement. February, 2020: Dealer asks for proof of purchase. February, 2020: I raised doubts raised about malfunctioning batteries due to long idling (no recharging & discharging of batteries). March, 2020: New replacement motor arrives, India under total lockdown due to Covid19. June, 2020: Scooter still with SRK Ventures.
