My dad has been coming here for treatment for his severe arthritis. The first time he came he was told to visit physiotherapy department for detailed assessment. Went to Physio where he was assessed, x-rays, reviewed, and booted up all under an hour!. On the next visit my father visit was schedules with senior knee surgeon. The department was running an hour late but on the board it said 30 minutes. When it became obvious the wait would be much longer the admin staff asked my father to have lunch in the cafeteria. During visit Doctor advised to continue some medicines and physio. My father is now doing well and with the help of gel injections and Plasma treatment and his movements have increased and pain has decreased. Doctor explained that before going to knee replacement his team will work for 3 months to increase muscle strength, weight reduction and controlling diabetes for better results after the surgery. Finally we are planning to go for left hip replacement surgery under team of doctors headed by Dr Debashish Chanda. My father is very impressed with the approach, the professionalism and the care he received as other surgeons didn't even explain about this treatment before the surgery. Thank you Dr team for providing a such a personalized service.

Ethical Doctor. Genuine advise and Honest approach. Today every one is after money and no one has time to listen to patients. In my uncles case i found him very helpful. He listen to us, examined well, prescribed only necessary medical test and medicines. We as a patient are ready to spend any amount on our health problems, but we are seeking time of the doctor to listen and right treatment. You can trust Dr Anubhav Gulati at this institute. Reception team needs more training in terms on the coordination part as you have to remind them about emailing your medical reports. Else other staff is also helpful. I would recommend this institute to all who are looking for pain management.
