In our Society in City Apartments, Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi we had replaced all 4 of our lifts from KONE to OTIS 4-5 years ago. The lifts had been working satisfactorily but of late for the last 3-4 months giving persistent troubles. at time 3 out of 4 lifts are out of order causing a lot of inconvenience to the residents. Besides there is continuous problem in one of the lift for quite some time ..it makes noice at some floors. We had the service contract with the OTIS but inspite of all this the services are not satisfactory
