Its a boarding place for dogs, nice huge lawn for play area. Host Mr Nikhil is generous human who runs a NGO Umeed for animals. He is more then available for any behavioural correction for your pet. Overall a nice experience

We were struggling to find a decent day boarding for my dog buddy who has a bit of a temperament with other dogs and unknown humans.. it was then we found nikhil and pawtel at petfed 2019. We left him at pawtel in Jan 2020 for a weekend and found the services to be extremely professional and the way they handled him.. kudos to nikhil and his team for managing this tough dog of mine 5 on 5...

Wonderful enthusiastic people, animals come first at all times. Place secured with gates, safe and secure environment with toys, beds, access to water at all times. with good friendly staff.

Pawtel has a nice vibe with a large manicured lawn that allowed my girls lots of space. Nikhil who runs Pawtel ensures that my five dogs were comfortable during an almost 3 week stay . It was reassuring to get regular video and WhatsApp updates. If the access roads were better, it would be perfect.

Dropped our Kido Shiro for 2 days as we had to check-in at hotel for a family marriage. Initially I was little hesitant but after having word with Nikhil, visiting the facility and meeting the staff hesitation started diminishing. Team knows how to take care of your dog as a complete package be it food, play, stay, hygine etc. Further sharing videos of your pet is quite reassuring. Very nice place, would highly recommend.
