This Renault Service Center belongs to NCR Motors, they maintain good quality of car service for customers. It is good option if you book an appointment with the service center because there is heavy rush on weekends, and if you go there on weekdays it would be easy for you. The staff is very good and completes all the car problems.

Renault Atul Kataria Chowk service center charges you even for IN WARRANTY things too. My car’s key was changed in warranty; they asked for unapproved charges and when I asked for what they automatically deleted the charges and made the bill for zero. They will try to convey that the product you want to get in warranty is not covered in warranty but you have to keep complete knowledge about what covers in warranty and what not. Service centre is like an Ordinary shop like sand everywhere, dusty and etc. They takes 1 hour to just bill even your zero amount bill ....so lazy. Renault is well reputated over the world but its poor in india. #Renault - for your information

Worst service center and big cheats. Car AC was giving problem and on first visit they changed the AC fan for 25000. The problem persisted even after changing the FAN. Second visit they fixed something but didnt disclose the problem. The problem persisted. 3rd visit replaced AC relay which was for around 7000. Still the AC didnt work and then said to get compressor changed for 40000. Total rip off at this service center. They just do sweet talk and cheat customers who trust them. They cant diagnose the problem and just replace the parts. Worst experience

This is the loot place of the renault workers. Staff never turns on time. It takes 2hrs for staff to prepare job card. I visited for my Duster service and for some clutch related issue. Amit Soni (staff) was handling my case. He is unprofessional,rude no knowledge of anything and was arguing without listening the complete query. He suggested approx 50,000 for the car service plus to fix the clutch issue. I got better deal outside as Renault staff was pathetic, thus I went to recollect my vehice. To my surprise they drained the battery completely now selfstart was issue. Very careless,arrogant and illetrate staff behaviour. I would recommend you all to visit some other place or branch rather than this. Staff here only knows to replace the parts to earn there profits. No coordination of work, waiting area is like labour mandi. Chairs very untidy just like the staff, no prompt response to anything. !!!Do not ever recommend or visit this self styled staff of renault to make your day and car worst.!!!
