We as a travel agency have worked with Riya Travels and experienced several times worst service standards of this company. The company accounting is extremely poor and non-transparent with no timely invoices which are being issued without any physical or digital sign stamp being kind of fake ones. Operations team specifically in ticketing does not respond timely for case of cancellations and recovering money from this company is nothing less than working out with a low grade Indian Company. Further the Management is no where available to contact and resolve.

It is the place to book Air tickets at cheaper prices, hotels, forex, visa services and so many thing. It is very good place in gurugram where you find so many travel related services at reasonable price. Office staff here is very polite in nature and supportive.

This company is the world's worst travel company for the employee. Staff don't hv even time to have their food and even company don't hv appropriate staff for work what the service you can provide If the company's employees work 11 hrs each day and they have to work even at home also .try to make your employees comfortable first than think for the hospitality
