I am taking personal training from him for almost a year now and continuing, (we continued on online classes during lockdown). He has an efficient approach and a way to train me holistically with his vast knowledge and experience. The results of his training on my health is tremendous and outstanding. Soham sir is real yoga guru. Very professional and understand body anatomy way deep. It helps to do asanas according to one's ability and know your limits where to push and when to stop.
