Pottery is a creatively healing art which I felt with Divya.. she’s an instructor with a beautiful mind & soul.. treasurable memories just before the COVID pandemic started! Going there would be marvellous experience for all those who choose to go to Divya’s pottery studio! God bless her!!

I was fortunate to find Divya as I was keenly looking for a Potter with an electric kiln who would start me off with slab pottery. Over 8 sessions, Divya guided me to wedge and roll stoneware clay, create a pinch pot, 2 hand-built dishes while creating patterns on them, 2 tiles with carving and coiling add-ons on them, and encouraged me to create 1-2 pieces of my liking. I learned to use sgraffito from her to personalise my pieces. She has bisqued my creations so I haven't had to run around looking for a way to bake them. I'm hoping to further understand the process of glazing so I can be onto creating pieces for my mosaics. It's been most helpful to be finally oriented on the basics of hand building with clay with Divya's able guidance.
I have been going regularly to Divya for the pottery lessons, not only she is an expert of her craft but a very dedicated teacher too. I would extremely recommend this place as it’s very difficult to find someone so passionate about their work and at the same time so concerned for their students too!
Divya is an amazing potter and so patient, it’s a delight to learn from her. She has conducted a few pottery sessions in our org and all of them have been super successful with the audience wanting a repeat! The studio in itself is beautiful- roomy, peaceful, meditative with a conducive environment to learn. Definitely recommended.
