what a pathetic service...parcel reached to destination in 4-5 days and from destination to my house they are taking more than 4 days and still not received that too after complaining regularly to customer care. And local office person is like ‘Abhi chahiye kyaaa’ and talking arrogantly... name should not be express and should be like local mail

Had an order that was dispatched on 29 october from Vadodara to Pune (vimannagar). Expected delivery was supposed to be on 3 November however as of 5 November, no luck. Parcel reached chakan hub on 3 November and instead of dispatching to the viman nagar branch on 4th, product dispatched to wagholi which is more than 20 kms out. As of today, still no delivery despite getting assurance that product will reach on time. And they expect us to pay 600 rs for delivery which has been delayed. India post would have done a better job........
