I am so disappointed and disheartened by the way my case was handled at the hospital today. I went to Pratiksha for Covid vaccination today. The vaccination process happened in the basement. Everyone was seated right next to each other even though there was tons of space. No covid precautions were being followed like social distancing. Staff was roaming around without masks. No ventilation. No sanitization. Chaotic system for administration. Earlier they provided a numbered token to people and we were made to wait for our number to come. When we left for 15 mins to use the washroom and got back, our token had somehow already been called. Now a large number of people had accumulated, we were told that now the token will not be accepted and we have to form a line outside and vaccination will be done on first come basis. Our total wait time was 4 hours in a dingy basement without food or water. The hospital staff kept changing the rules of admission, kept bringing their own people in, and did not take any responsibility for the order that they had promised earlier, or the fact that they said it was okay to use the washroom and come back. We argued there for 1 hour, but it all fell on deaf ears. Such a bad experience, will never visit this hospital. Inhuman staff that was just not ready to accept any responsibility.

In my opinion, if there is any good hospital present in Delhi & NCR then it is only Paras hospital. My friend was in serious condition and almost had no chances of life but Paras great staff saved my friend from losing the life. I am very thankful to this hospital. Hospital is well equipped with advanced medical facilities. Cleanliness is also there, food quality is also good. Availability of water is also good. Overall my experience with hospital is quite good.

Location - 2 Star Staff Behaviour - 4 Star Cleanliness & Other Facilities - 5 Star Parking - 5 Star Location of this hospital is not good as i thought this is because of distance from metro station/Railway Station/Bus Stand. Roads were all in pathetic condition. We can't even ride upto 50km/hr. But hospital is quite good and awesome. My grandmother was admitted in this hospital and due to heart swelling she was recommended to go for Stunt. Thus overall experience to this hospital is quite Great.
