They are looting their customers and I was a victim of that. I went there as my laptop was not taking charge they checked it and told me that my charger and charger IC in laptop were gone and I trust them blindly as one of friend suggest me to come here because they give genuine service. But I was cheated. They gave me new charger which was OK but in place of charger IC they changed something else from their old motherboard. I came to know about this when I have investigated about charger IC on net and YouTube. So, be careful, from my very worst experience l suggest you not to go here for any kind of laptop solution. Below is image of charger IC which they fooled me and charger IC which is available on net. Total amount they charged me for all is Rs 2650. One thing I have say that they taught me a good lesson which I am sharing with you all. Editing: Now after few months I came to know that my old charger was also in good condition it was a battery issue. Now my question is that why ACER has assigned them as Authorised Service Centre. As they cannot find the actual issue and cut the customer pocket by replacing all the accessories which are in good condition. I request everyone donot believe them blindly cross check what they say to some alternative ways. Currently I have raised a complaint against them to the ACER company to deathorised it as ACER service centre.

They were extremely professional - saw the condition of my laptop and gave a quote. I picked up the laptop the next day and it came with a year long guarantee. The same problem would cost me more than double if done at Dell service center. Overall I will recommend for their professionalism, prompt service and competitive pricing
