Well behaved staff and good amenities such as lounge area, tea coffee water while you wait for your car servicing or sales representative. The delivery process is fast and easy as well. Very cooperative group of people.

Great service, offered us water on arrival. We just sat as they evaluated the car. As a group of young adults we were bored and reviewed all the cars in the showroom. Staff didnt bother us which is a plus point. Only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I didnt get 'Sa'. There is no complete dealer experience without a cup of chai!

Having just one dealership is bad for customers and the quality of service detoriates. So better to avoid their cars till more dealership comes. The offers/ schemes are way low compared to other toyota dealerships across other states and further you cannot go to other toyota service centers if you are not happy with the workmanship of the gargya toyota. Better options like ford, hyundai, mahindra etc are available.
