Nice hike. Good for beginners. It is good for morning walk. Good view of surrounding area. The best thing is you get good network coverage on fort, which you don’t at the base of fort or staying in nearby area.

Excellent hike up the mountain. There is a tarmac road till halfway point and then there are stairs up the fort. Mornings are the best time to visit the fort. It is best to walk all the way up. Takes about 30-45 min to climb. Good 360 surround views from the top. When visiting Hatgad, do not miss it.
Good fort to climb up. Due to time issue could not do it. Next visit sure. Ensure you are climbing up in morning.
This place is very charming in monsoon.. esp with flowers blossoming all over the valley; it looks very breathtaking
Very nice view from the top. You can reach to the top by sort trekking. During monsoon, atmosphere is really magnificent.
Hathgad a must visit place on top of the hills. If you are in saputara, please climb the edge of the fort & enjoy the scenic beauty of the nature & fort.
Ruined rustic place. Nothing much to see. Just a good trek for those who love to walk and don't mind climbing steep steps just to enjoy a view from elevated heights. Not recommended for kids and elderly.
Location is too good and very near from saputara as well. It just a 7 km away from saputara... Can spand more then 2 hours here....
