A light which can be seen from 18 nauticals, almost 33Km, A wealth Marine, Singapore made 12V/50W halogen lamp powered partially by both solar and local electricity positioned at 1416.5'N 7426.6'E of India on a 21 m octogonal RCC column tower initially commisioned during 1891 with subsequent improvement, bearing sl no F0644 at a height of 38m from the mean sea level named as Honnavara light house.
