One of the best gym i had joined. The staff was amazing and i don’t remember the names of the people back then but all of them were very supportive all the trainers. The amazing thing that help me was the treadmill and the view you can get from treadmill to outside. Back in 2018 Around 15 feb i was 125 kg and i started working out trainers help me in exercises and also suggest me some diet and withing 3 months i was 95 kg. i only joined for 3 months and then i left due to some injury in an bike accident. Overall great gym with great people.
