Worst experience ever, to collect learners license you have to come thrise or twice. Each time when you ask them to provide us the learner's licence they just say its not available yet. even after 1 month 10 days they say its not available yet. And the worst part you sre only allowed to collect your learners license only on specific days like Mon Wed and Fri. these guidelines maybe to provided by the govt. they might made these for their convince

Licence authority RTA is located on tanda road next to the ice factory. If you are planning to change your vehicle number plate then I would suggest you to take online appointment first and don't forget to bring the hard copy of your appointment. There is a ample space for your vehicle parking. In case if you forget to carry your appointment hard copy don't worry, there are few xerox shops are available there.

On which day should we get Leaner license ? When i ever go theey say that whoseoever incharge has taken the room key with him and you have to come another day to take your license.Many people had wasted much time there. Slow service provided by them.
