Wanted to repaint my car and called the technician. Had to follow up for more than 20 days and he missed the appointment for 3 times. Decided to take the vehicle myself to the garage. Had to wait for moe than 1.5 hours and finally the MD showed up and apologised for the delay. Examined the vehicle and committed to send the quotation by 5 pm the same day. It's now more than 5 days now and had sent 3 reminders by WA and followed up by phone call once. Again got the commitment that it would be sent the same day. Now stopped picking up the phone call. Absolutley unprofessional. Customer is the last of their priorities.

I am having a Skoda rapid 2014 make 1.6 Tdci, I was travelling to Banglore from Pondicherry and while nearing Hosur I had glow plug warning in the dash board, so I manuvered the car to the edge of the road and called my service person in Chennai. He referred me to Lynn cars and sent their contact number , I slowly drove the car to Lynn cars and the owner and service person came exclusively for us even it was holiday for them. The car was scanned and it was found that injector 1 and 4 was misfiring. The garage owner praveen said that he will get the injectors the tested and then we can decide what can be done. Monday around 12 they called and said that two injectors are gone and the other two was serviced and asked me to pay Rs.6000/- for servicing two injectors and I have to buy two new injectors at Rs. 26,500/- per injector. Then I brought all the four injectors from them and get them serviced at Saravan Diesels Banglore and they serviced the two injectors again as overhauled the two for Rs.22,000/-. Then we brought the injectors from Banglore to Hosur around 3.00 pm and the mechanic who fixed the injectors has broke the fuel return nozzle and there was a leakage near injector which he fixed using glue, and the leak was not arrested despite multiple time then he said the spare was not available and the car can be fixed tomorrow only nu and charged Rs.9600/- for injector service and for removing and fixing injectors. I argued about the injector service charge and paid only 5k and brought the cars to Goodwil cars Hosur in ESI ring road, there they had a non OE spare and tried to fix the issue and despite their attempts the leak cannot be fixed until 11 pm, then the senior person from Goodwill advised us to buy OE spare from Tafe acces Banglore and fixed the issue finally on Wednesday noon. Because of Lynn cars we were delayed for two days and heavy monetary loss. Please don't go there specially for high end vehicle.
