I worked there for a part time assignment and the ambience is good. the behavior of the students is very good. They were very curious to learn new things. Meeting with the principal madam was pleasant. As a whole i find this school very good for both teaching and studying.

Wow!The first thing which I am telling about this school is nice,hardworking,well teaching,mindblowing,Historic,epic,nostralgic,fantastic etc.. I am not studying in this school at all but my elder sister was studying in this school. She also tells me about it. It's a quite famous school in Howrah.But whatever is it is not the matter.The matter is how these girls are studying in this school.so all around its a quite nice school for well studying .

I am one of the few still alive who personally knew the founder of this school, Shri Jaharlal Chatterjee whose personal passion was this institution. He built it up with his own money and endeavour when female education was not deemed necessary. I hope the story of this pioneer would be narrated to the student.
