This is not a worth service provider in Hyderabad. The executives are not professional and are kind of having cheating tendency. They use to promise many facilities when you approach them for first time. But once you pay full consultancy amount, you have to run after them. We had taken a domestic help from this agency and paid Rs.8500 as consultancy. During interview they assured us that maid knows everything in cooking, but actually she did not know anything. We compromised on that part and trained her in cooking. But after sometime due to her irregularities we had to fire her. For more than a week she was not coming on work and avoiding our calls. When we tried to call agency, these people were also not taking calls. Finally with frustration we sent a message that maid has taken some money and if you people are not responding, we will go to police, then only they responded and came to our house. We as responsible citizen apologized and told them that you people left choice to contact you and forced to send this message as agency office does not exist. Everything was okay after discussion at that time and they promised to provide maid within 4 days. They just made lots of fake commitments and never send any replacement. They are so clever that put phone on not reachable mode. We are following for more than a month for replacement, but no success till now. We have asked for refund our remaining money, but they are not ready to give that. This is our opinion that to viewer not to go this agency for maid service.
