The process was smooth till we paid the amount and took the bike delivery. After this they were laid back in processing the insurance and T/R. You need to follow up more for complete papers after vehicle delivery.

Such a terrible service, staff has no knowledge and experience. For everything employees are reaching to manager. It took 4 hours to deliver the vehicle. If this kind of service customers are getting then I would suggest to close this showroom. Kindly don’t buy the vehicle if you need it urgently.i won’t even give one star to this.completely upset with this service.

Better than other service centres. As it is new, process is not properly established but the technicians are good, they give proper tips and explain the issues in detail. Spare parts availability is also good compared to other centres.

Pathetic service, excessly charged on spare parts which are not fixed but billed moreover using multiple terminologies forcing customer to pay excessly and about staff, oh my god it's like hell kind of experience has no knowledge and experience.Customer has to run pillar to post to get vehicle back. If this kind of service customers are getting then god only helps AARUSH. Kindly don’t buy and very importantly service your vehicle i won’t even give one star to this.completely upset with this service.

The service i received from this center is by far the best i have experienced, alot better than saboo, malik. The techs are amazing and they got the job done pretty fast and fixed everything that was wrong with my access 125. Thank you so much.
