It was really great experience with Apollo cradle. I had a normal delivery by Dr Rolika Madam.From start of pregnancy we were under her treatment. She is a caring doctor who is friendly and comforting me whenever I was tense. Also appreciate Rachana madam who was handling administration. She helped us in getting admitted, claiming insurance etc. All hospital members had develop a family bond during my pregnancy which helped smooth delivery physically and mentally. Appreciated team. Thanks a lot.

This is a five star hotel room, restaurant and a hospital all mixed into one. If you are coming here please come with a pocket full of credit cards, debit cards and insurance. Because you will need them all, to afford the five star treatment they provide. The air conditioned rooms, the top notch equipment all imported from USA - general electric and the staff on payroll. They have all the departments on standby 247, which is great if you are rich else get ready for some debt.

While Apollo is one of the best hospitals in india, this hospital is not. The doctors here are excellent but the administration is not at par. The concept of appointments just do not work here. A 10 min test can be conducted after hours of waiting even though you reached at the time of your appointment. Hygiene is becoming an issue for this hospital as it's getting older Almost feels like a government hospital was renamed Apollo

We were consulting Dr Jasmin Rath since the beginning of my wife's pregnancy. We are very much satisfied with her treatment. She is very well experienced and treated well in our each visits. Coming to hospital reception and administration: I would say Overall it is good, but need some improvement in Out Patient consulting when the no of patients visiting to hospital is more. Satisfied with the Hospital hygiene and Covid precautions measures. Though the delivery admission/hospitalization process was good, but the nursing staffs located at 2nd floor need to be well trained in handling patients (pre and post delivery). Hats off to the nursing staffs woh are in charges of labour room procedure etc. They were so swift and co-operative during the process of delivery. Thanks to nursing staff Mrs Jayashree and Savita. Special thanks to Dr Divya who was the duty doctor then and with her supervision and help, my wife could deliver our baby safely.

Infrastructure , maintaiance, friendly staff everything here is great. Wallet parking is there, bike parking. due to this covid , patient with guardian will be allowed, others have to wait at the reception. Filter mask is strictly prohibited. There is canteen , baby garment store in first floor, Doctors here are well trained. Canteen food price is little bit high, near by there is tiffin centre low cost.
