I want to give 0 stars because once I took an air bubble machine I open the pack not working that machine. When I was billing also they are very rude and the price is too much. I decided not to go to this store again in my life. Unfortunately again I went during pandemic situations So this type I took a scooter, skateboard, and an air bubble machine. Still, they did not change anything they like, some rude answers. The biggest drawback of this store cheap quality and high price. They don't know how to maintain and how to speak. Just they want money. Two times the same bad experience and waste toys, bad quality. High price. Not worthy. Myself no more visit this store.

I saw some mixed reviews about this store. However, my experience with this store was very good. The staff were quick to respond to my requirements, and in fact the staff are rather honest. One of the staff members came running to me crossing the road to handover an item I accidentally forgot in the store. Gift wrapping is complimentary, and that's a plus point. I was a bit disappointed with the newborns baby romper suits. They seem to be a fast moving item yet the stocking is slower than the turnover, which means non availability at times. They could improve on the romper suit range. Another let down is in the soft toys department. I was expecting much variety in the store. I would do a follow-up visit to check the store's consistency. Until then, I would say the experience is good overall.

The store is good but The behaviour of staff at this place is bad just few minutes before I bought toys for my son the workers behaved rudely and in a threatening manner absolutely disgusting and even I complained to the manger sitting at the bill counter ...just he laughed at me I asked for the details of the owner and his reply was horrible...he didn’t even care the staff who misbehaved is Sridhar
