Big Bazaar store in 1st to 4th floor. Fbb, footwear, groceries, home appliances, stationery etc. Good shopping experience.

There was very improper response from the team and no communication about cards and offers and nothing.. after spending 2 and half hour the team is saying card is not working.. worst.. and collection also not good compared to Ameerpet bigbazar.

Loneliest place I have seen in my life BB should endorse this place has meditation mart which will attract more customers. There was no one in the billing counter on 3rd floor where staples & vegetables are present so asked cleaner & she told me go to ground floor for billing which I did again there was no one present at billing counter at ground floor. Asked again, staff told me billing will be done on 3rd floor only so went up again kept staples back at place & left. Horrendous experience.

Security team at the exit is really pathetic. She was counting all the items that we brought and keeping in another bag. I understand its security duty but you cannot count each and every item and it should be random. And finally after counting she has taken one item and says its not in the receipt( She is not able to find in the list since she dont know english or readthe bill properly) This made me feel bad since there is barcode scanner and still they are searching item by item and it took 10 minutes for them to figure out? No where in supermarket this kind of worst security check in Place??? Time for Big Bazaar management to respect customers and treat properly.

One stop for daily needs.....price is some what high compared to brandfactory , dmart & METRO....but it has it's own uniqueness....Big bazar offers different range of varities from fashion accessories to groceries and from groceries to kitchen items...
