I don't know whether this travel agency has buses or not. Its showing 2 buses in all the online bus booking sites. I booked 4 tickets through one of the site. On the journey day i got message that the journey has been cancelled due to bus breakdown, and they didn't arrange the alternate bus also. I tried booking for some other travels but no seats are available for the next day also. One of the person from BRL travels called up and told that "the bus will be ready in good condition for tomorrow definitely do you want to book the same seats tomorrow". As i have no choice i said OK. Here comes the twist, the same repeated for the next day also. Worst experience for the first time in my life. One more great thing is, I had booked seats in AC sleeper bus, they are offering me Non AC sleeper with same price. Don't ever go for this travels.

This is the worst service I had never seen.No correct punctuality in timing.Today I booked 3 tickets from Hyderabad to ananthapur. they told me that the bus will arrive at y junction at 10 pm but the bus didn't came within a time I called so many times to them but they didn't lift the call.I am waiting with my two kids ,my father who is a patient.I waited there from 9 pm to mid 12.00 am after a long time they told me that the bus is not in condition it will take time.What I have to do already it's 12 am I have to go to kompally how can I go.No go for the worst service.

Nightmare for the one who choose this Bhadkhow rowdy travels... Should be banned n cancel their permit RTO SHOULD INTERFERE AND CHECK INTO IT.. POLICE SHOULD SHUT THEM.. SUCKING TRAVELS....SHOULD BE SHUT SHAME FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HELP THIS GUNDAS

Worst bus service. Atp-Hyd. Stopped near shamshabad and said to the passengers that the engine had got some problem and didn't even care.
