I visited Dr. Kishore for my newly de eloped neuropathy feet pain. He is a very busy doctor, despite that he listened to me, did the physical exam, and explained to me the condition and prescribed medicines. His counselling made me well prepared to go thru the treatment process. Thank you Doctor.

Hello doctor this is your patient from October 2019 I have visited for my issues and was prescribed medicines and told to come back after one month I faced problems with getting the appointment. The person(male) was very rude , i got my first appointment with much difficulty. The number was either unavailable, swtiched off or busy, being disconnected by the person who handles the appointment. It's been more than 15days I have been trying to get the appointment but in vain. Yesterday a lady received the call after several calls.. She told to call today between 10-10:30am To take the appointment as you will visit today at mehdipatnam's clinic. I have made more than 15calls from 10-10:30am but it vain. The history repeats itself. It's the same issue, the number is busy, waiting, disconnected by the person who handles the appointments and now it's switched off. It's highly disappointing that a good doctor has a such staff , handling the appointments very carelessly. No matter how many patient intake is in your O.P. the staff needs to handle it professionally. When the patient is dependent on the doctor for the problem is already facing illness and now the patient needs to chase for a single appointment with the doctor. I have never seen such staff or faced such difficulty while taking any appointments (exception in this case) I would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
