They update wrong information for the shipment, even if you are available in the office they will update as not available because of their laziness and will take the same amount for the late delivery. Worst

Its really hard to say ever worst service they are giving to us, my consignment showing on tracking system successfully deliver but actually its not delivered to us. Not a single call they are attending, I just request People to avoid DTDC Service in future. Kindly don't use this service......
