Bought the product HK vision cameras and DVR. Worst product and service. The DVR did not work on the first day, was not recording, they took it back and got it after a week and later again the online app is showing as device offline. Multiple follow-up within 3 months of purchase paid Rs.9000 but no after sales service. Proceeding with consumer court to resolve.

FRAUD VENDOR FOR CAMERA & SECURITY. PATHETIC AFTER SALE SERVICES... Dear Readers, Focal Technosolutions are Big Fraudulent vendors. I recently got cheated from them after getting building security camera installed from them. Their manager named RAMADASU is the one who cheated us after promising all services and facilities. He will easily fool and cheat you once you inquire for any security installation. What our building is facing due to these cheating people - 1. these guys will install all fake camera products but will charge with original prices. 2. After sales services are more WORST and HORRIBLE than the sales. Any issue in your apartment camera and these guys will make you dance.
