Great and safe place quick communication very reliable. Will ensure to keep my pets again and again. Nice staff and nice management. They take requests for example my snoopy has a tumor on left leg they ensured that she provided with a grass mattress. Also my muffin had separation anxiety she generally need more affection or she stops eating. That was well taken care by them.

Starting off with 3 stars since this is my first visit, but not the last for sure. And, therefore my opinion may change either way in future. Will rate and review further after a few more visits. My first impressions now. May be I was under false illusion coupled with higher expectations, going through the pics and reviews, but I must admit that I was a little disappointed, firstly with the infrastructure and then with the services offered. I stop here for now and will come back with more in the days ahead. Let me make it very clear that I have neither wrong intentions nor ulterior motives to show them in poor light. All I want to say at this moment is that I desire to witness a better show next time I visit them.

Indranil and his wife were very kind and friendly and patient to explain how everything works. They were also very patient and understanding to all my silly questions as this was my first time keeping my cat in boarding. They gave timely update of my cat. My cat came healthy and plump, seems he was very comfortable and timely fed. I am very much happy and content of their service.

It's been very difficult trying to find the perfect boarding for my cats until now. From the ease in communication to the service.. there's no one else I would ever leave my cats with other than them. Extremely convenient pickup and drop facilities and my cats have been taken great care of. 100% recommended for anyone looking for pet boarding.

We left our Crush who is 4 months old at this place and we were little worried as Crush was very small and never interacted with any other dogs. We were very satisfied with the kind of care Cursh got from this place and he was very happy when we went to take him after 10 days. This place is well maintained and these people are very gentle towards the puppies. We got regular videos, pics and had video calls too. Nice people, nice place to keep our pets. Thanks

The owners are genuine animal lovers. They took care of my cat like their own. This was the first time I was leaving my pet and they understood my apprehensions - I got timely updates everyday twice. Sometimes more just coz they clicked pics when my cat was awake. The communication, payment etc was all hassle free. Big thanks guys, we love our pets but can't take them everywhere, now we know there's a safe place for them for when he have to leave them behind.
