Nice and scientifically designed Gym. Good for workouts and is very much complete with all equipment for training all body parts. Even punching bag is maintained with good quality and also they provide gloves. Trainers r good and especially Vinay Senior trainer is very good for fat loss, weight reduction and body toning. Arjun, owner of gym is very good and has good knowledge of workouts. He was earlier champion. PROS: Very good equipment, maintenance is good, steam room facility is very very good. Also gym is maintained nicely and clean at all times. Monthly servicing of equipment done well. Trainers give good advice and are not pestering type. CONS: They will not much allow u to do heavy and hardcore workouts like sled push with more kg weights. Steam facility is not free and not included in the monthly gym fees. SUGGESTIONS: I would like it if they could procure an assisted-dip machine. It will help in doing more workouts and exercises.
