The Fitness center is a great place for the workout, neat and clean. I have been trained Under Master trainer Chandra Shekhar Reddy for a personal trainer. In his teaching I Have Gained Good knowledge and experience in the field of fitness in the right way. Excellent Study material and practical classes were provided in the due course. The trainers and the staff are well trained at Helios Fitness center Thank you Team
