While I had a negative experiences when getting patches sewn on my uniform, they did a great job at dry cleaning my suit and fixing a zipper where they went above and beyond by replacing the buttons and slide clasp too. Guys go on its a team work done by German Team

I have given 3 blazers out of which they returned me 1 in torn condition. I would have given negative rating if there was one . They are the most unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.They don’t even bother to answer your calls or reply to your messages. Since we don’t even know their address it becomes easy for them to repeat their mistakes . They don’t tell you their address also .
Delivery Experience is horrible. The representative shouted for a small feedback that I shared with him and started behaving like a goon. To add to the disappointment the store in-charge said very shamelessly that we are not responsible for the executive's bad behavior and you will have to accept the same. Dry Cleaning Quality: They do not know how to pack and iron the curtains that I got dry cleaned from them. Won't recommend them to anyone.
Have been using their service for a couple of years. They are reliable and responsive. Very convenient to have Whatsapp contact for pick up and drop.
