The best part in this garage is that u can see what is actually going on with your bike and the staff is very friendly too. I got my classic 350 serviced here 10 days ago post my 1000 km ride, but, unfortunately the ride quality of my bike isn't that great after the service. Some new issues have come up with my bike immediately after the service for which i have visited second time to get them corrected but were unsolved, may be the service person is not that experienced to get to know or figure out what exactly the issue was. I got the things fixed by a local RE mechanic. The service person, also, did not fix the O-ring when changing the engine oil and then it started leaking all through the day. It obviously was a human error but could not afford to take chances with the engine of a bike, especially when u r on a tight schedule of a ride. All in all, may be it was my tough luck that day, but I genuinely recommend this garage, but make sure ur bike falls in the hands of the best mechanic of the garage.

Very bad experience, newly done changes to my bike here, bike front wheel got stucked not moving at all, when I went and ask, their behaviour is very rude, don't believe these guys .....I appreciate your answer, but keeping aside all these, I came back to your shop for front wheel repair, we sorted out that there was baring problem and that was cleared, the vehicle front wheel is not moving at all after I reached home, it is making very noise, how could that happen within minutes, it is I am writing for your business future, I am driving all the way from suchitra to Kukatpally because of Google reviews, so, if it happens to others who is coming all the way , they atleast aware of situation, Thank you. And for your answer, customer definitely get short temper if he didn't get the service as expected,it is your job to cool the customer and make him happy and provide best service..
