Few months back when we were all locked down in our houses I was struggling badly to keep my frustration and stress at bay. I stumbled upon an ad saying "ONLINE" Yoga classes. So the first thought was obvious how someone will correct my postures sitting miles away , at first I was hesitant but thought of giving a try and now its been almost 4 months. Our yoga guru focuses on each and every individual and you can't hide behind the camera guys, she will find your mistakes in a second as if she is sitting just beside you! One of the finest yoga gurus I have ever met. Unlike the real world today, this guru works in different way. It's been only two months I joined this place and that too I attend online classes and still I feel no difference in how she concentrates on each individual. Not only the practice but this guru helps in personal growth as well. Any doubts regarding mental health, she is ready to help. Over all, she is amazing and her teachings awakens your practice.

Here is my experience with sashtang yoga online classes. It has been close to 2months I have joined the class online and never felt that as an online class because of the guruji's support i could practice yoga from home with her guidelines on the class. Classes are simply super and can improve posters focus and much more... I have met one of the best guru in the town and she is amazing in supporting every individual in the class throughout the practice... Believe me one will not feel like they are practicing yoga from online .. as guruji focus on every individual. Happy to join sashtang yoga classes.

Currently I m undergoing the Yoga course here. It is well maintained studio with spacious yoga hall. While Studio is decorated with yoga posture photos & quotes. Mrs.Sukanya is yoga teacher here. The Yoga teacher is very friendly, regular & always encourages you to involve actively in Yoga. She gives individual attention to every student, also corrects our mistakes. I hope all of you will be more healthy, stable & happy after joining this class.
