They don't deserve half star also . We admitted our son in the class .we were very much disappointed by the quality of teaching.the teacher was always late to the class and always leave the class early before the class time. They teach something for 2 minutes and ask the student to practice for rest of the time. They always lure us to make long term payment .so that they can prolong the class and teach very less.I request everyone to be careful on the payment part. When we asked repayment of money ,he never picks call neither reply a message ,he also used vulgar words not even having a decency that he is talking to a women. Moreover he hurted a mother feeling by using vulgar words about the child. He has hurted us with his uncultured words. Beware of the owner Bikash. Your respect will be there only till you make the payment.I am posting this by taking my own time in the interest of parents who are proactively eager to admit their child for music class.

Worst experience,Biswash a rude, unethical person,lured with promise of good service. Attitude change on payment of fees. Used vulgar language to a woman and a kid when asked to repay the fee

Though the teaching staff was good, the management folks seems completely out of bound with respect to what is going on. I have seen pre covid times many faculties left and no clarity whatsoever with respect to the progress of the kids learning there. I would say don't pay the institute in advance or don't go for multiple period contract. Just pay as you go. Their boss Bikash doesn't know how to talk to customers as well.

The teaching there happens very good. I have been enjoying learning drums and with my mentor as Simon , it is going really good. Simon is a very good mentor and he helps you a lot when you are not able to understand what to play.

Soundkraft is a really amazing place to learn musical instruments. Some of the best teachers are available at this Institute. I have really enjoyed learning guitar with Yogi sir, over here.
