Good service. Mostly all major test are done at this centre except for one of two which are rarely being asked for some patients and may be done at other Vijaya Diagnoatic Centre otherwise they are one of the best in testing laboratories.

The experience was seamless. The staff was attentive and well spoken. Payments etc were effortless. The person who was taking samples also was pleasant and kept talking throughout the whole process explaining everything. Also, within 6 hours the reports were uploaded to website and I accessed them. Although I got a text message as well later for the same. Overall, I would give it 10/10 experience for being fast, precise and professional.

The WORST... I know every management leave a diplomatic reply for negative reviews. I suggest you to take time in grooming uh staff in hospitality area, this might help uh get positive reviews further days.

Worst experience to get the report’s they keep on postponing from 10 hrs to nxt day nd the same repeated on the next day they said me that they have not received the report we will send you the soft copy in 10 to 15 min. But no use i had not received any reports then I tried calling the center no response fr 2 to 3 time fr the 4 time they answered nd when i asked them abt the reports they disconnected the call nd switched off the phone.i faced all these issues sit at the hospital were my appointment time is also postponed due to non availability of reports. Later on i have called the customer service and they have helped me in downloading the reports from your site

Everyone is kind and helpful, making many appointments for I and my mother to accomodate my schedule , best Quality and efficient service. The Entire staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Every aspect of my test experience was pleasant; the best service. Whether it is a x-rays, ultrasound, blood tests , Ecg....I've always been treated with the utmost respect. Good experience doctor's (Radiologist & cardiologist)....This team is so amazing! The technician was superb helped me a lot.They makes me feel very comfortable while I undergone the ultrasound. I got my USG REPORT quickly.No long wait time...Thank you for working for us! Thanks to all the healthcare workers on the front line who are risking their health caring for patients.. * FANTASTIC suncity @vijayadiagnostic.
