#covid precautions #Billing #doctors #staff #staff issues ----- written Doppler test on the prescription but they have billed for other test, after waiting more than 2 hours, staff said the test will not be conducted today asked us to come next day #doctor doctor got some emergency and said he cannot conduct the test asked us to leave after waiting for more than 2hours # covid precautions: They are not taking covid precautions. They are providing sanitizer but no temperature check. Even I informed them twice but no one has taken serious., just imagine so many pregnant ladies, kids are coming here for tests #Billed amount - if you cancel the test, the billed amount will come after 15days in your account.... I know for 99% people this review doesn't affect much but imagine if you are in that 1%

Worst experience I have faced, I don't know weather doctor write the report or any other one because, scan is completed 1hr back and doctor also went out still not not received the report. If I ask them they are rudely behaving we don't know when we will get the report. Inthe reception they are just chit chat with other colleagues like boys and girls. But still we are waiting for report. They don't even care about our waiting

Vijaya diagnostic center at Uppal is very hygiene and people are mostly service oriented and following strictly the ICMR advice on corona. They should continue the same way.

Excellent service and friendly staff here. Air conditioned place and very neat. Results are also sent via mail or link. Almost all types of tests are done here and for a very few high level tests, we need to go to Habsiguda Main Branch. Discount available for Railway Medical Card Holders.
