Worst frame quality. they said that the frame I brought had year warranty .After buying the frame the frame was replaced for 3 times, today I went asked to replace it means they are not responding worst staff service

I took specs from this place. Frame is not symmetric on both eyes. Before when trying they said it can be corrected but while delivery they r saying they couldn't. I have higher eye sight & has to wear high index glasses. They said 1.8 index but they look similar to my old 1.67 index. I spent whole 9500rs for it and all went in vain the frame is not fitting me properly. I want to warn not to go to that place as they seems to be cheating. Even smaller shops near jntu r providing better frames than here.
