Illiterate staff. They give wrong info. about recharge. Each staff member gives different information about the same issue. The guy who gives new prepaid numbers or port the numbers, is totally illiterate person same like a office boy. At least appointment some educated people in the outlet. All this is spoiling the name of Idea.

Irresponsible staff who have no manners of how to talk to a customer. All the staff in the store need to be put through a communication, soft skills training program. Moreover, they could not provide solution to the problem. They could not even take a request for SIM change and everytime it was closed automatically without resolution. Upon questioning they said it's done by backend team and you need to come to store again.

Idea cellular is behind the signal of Bhandarkar road , Pune there are many desk available for service to customers query and new idea connection .. polite staff and clean background is too nice ...nice Store..

3rd class service, staff don't know about app and system, refused to give a feedback form, during work attending personal calls(lady staff). Arrogant, showing helpless because of idea network down. Please fire the lady staaff who just came for time pass and attending personal calls. Shubham was very good approach and behaviour with customers. Thanks for Shubham appreciate his work

Customer service was extremely poor. The staff constantly kept looking over my shoulder to check out the "line" apparently. She was barely interested in my issue and responded rudely when I asked her about looking over my shoulder.
