Its the Cathedral Church of the Syro Malabar diocese of Irinjalakuda. This diocese is with long history from the time of St Thomas the Apostle. It was at Kodungalloor, in this diocese St Thomas first came to India in AD 52. This church is a place of prayer. It is a silent place where we are able to pray silently and become one with God. Its situated in the road sode and can be easily approached.

Beautiful church located at Tana on Kodungallur road.
One of my personal favourite place in Irinjalakuda. Must visit in January feast days and Christmas days. In days of feast the whole IJK will be flooded with people. The church have a historic building which was then renovated afterwards. Have holy bliss and well cleaned compound. Have plenty of parking space.

The best Catholic church in Irinjalakuda. Silent atmosphere. Easily accessible from main road. Good parking space. Masses available in morning and evening every day.
