It's very far from main city and taxi is very costly and other amenities like food court or restaurant and lounges are absent. Runway is small so only aircraft with propellers can takeoff and land so no jet aircraft available. Connectivity to main cities of India is also not good and most of the time we need to board on a connecting flight. Flights are usually got delayed and sometimes they may get cancel.

This is a small airport managed by Airports Authority of India. There was a single boarding and security check gate. Relatively easy as airport handle few flights at this point of time.
Small airport so quick transit through to the outside. Our bags came in quite soon. The toilets were smelly but a necessary stop for us as were enroute Kanha National Park, definitely can be missed if you can avoid it.
No proper conveyance nor public or private .... Local transport vendors stick to a same high price and no scope of negotiations. No ola and uber cabs available. Even if available you won't be able to book. You won't find a single auto for hours.
ITS BEAUTIFUL CITY where I had a very enjoyable non veg foods nice hotels. And you know what I had bought some parrots from there very cheap INDEED....foods and hotels are quite reasonable.....don't miss it when you come yo visit BHEDAGHAT AND BURGI DAM.
It's a very small airport. Have one cafe inside. Washrooms are clean. Ground staff of spice jet at the baggage counter are very rude. Also they wont even consider half kg of extra luggage, it has to be paid extra.
Nit and clean as like a new small town airport. It's don't have that much catchy things in its surrounding. Not A single hotel in nearby 10 km
There is no waiting room for the night . Cleanliness is good. The atmosphere is also good. But the road is bad to go to the airport. And there is not much arrangement for sitting.
