Very poor management, no rules, no ethics. Specifically abt Dr karuna Yadav, i should advise only known people to Doctors should visit the Aakriti Lab, bacause Doctors and lab staff give them preference only. General people long waiting queue and if you conplain to staff behaviour of Doctor and stafd towards you shall become very rude and humiliating. High charges and no service at all. Dr karuna Yadav is so rude, inpatient, arrogant and shouty. If you ask abt timings or your she will insult you continuously and not giving attention. Horrible experience

This lab is worst lab with unprofessional staff in Jaipur. They treat patient like anything...they didn't respond to customer call when we book the appointment...infact they shout on patient when they call..recently we went to Narayan Singh Circle branch for sonography and they shifted to new office..they didn't informed us the new address....also they shout on pregnant lady.. This is not first time they make fuss with us... When they took less amount from us they call us many times in one day..and we went to lab in first day to pay the amount but they didn't bother to call customer did there booking. I advise other patient to take care of the issue and make note of the issue...

Dr Karuna just called my baby’s face as Ugly while doing sonography because we mentioned to her staff that she’s running late. She accuses that she’s not partying or something but it’s convenient for her to make a 38 week pregnant lady wait for 2 hours without food because she didn’t understand how much time it takes to drive through the city. She also cursed the people of jaipur as well.
