Rude and incompetent staff - review in short. 5 stars here look from their rude staff themselves. One such staff Naveen who gave 5 star rating tried to loot us but thankfully my mom was vigilant enough. We purchased a Casio watch online but strap came out within a year. So, we went to the shop and were informed that strap is not covered under warranty which was fine. After that we have him 3 watches and asked him to put company cell in them. He told us about cell ranging from Rs. 200-300 and said they are from timex, Casio and Fossil. For one watch, he took pretty long time and said watch is not functional. We agreed to those cost. He was extremely slow in opening watches and wasn't able to figure out one. When he was putting , my mom asked him to show cell. He was reluctant but showed finally and there was no company name there. He said company doesn't give their name with cells. We told him that's not true and then he started behaving rudely and said you can go where you get brand. Half hour wasted, sigh!! We went to another authorised shops who not only showed and put branded cells but finished the entire work in 5 mins including the watch which Naveen claimed will not work. The prices were also 100 and 200rs.

Watch glass broke and they replaced for 1100 approx which is too costly, anyway, but they take one month to replace just glass and after replacement of glass watch stopped within 2 days and then they taken again 1 and half month to repair and again after few weeks watch stopped and for 2 years of warranty watch is almost there for repair.
