What a great brand , not because they are an MNC, I consider Brand as in their product quality and most importantly after sales support, I took an massage chair from HCI store about 2 years now and today when I face a very small issue the person was over the phone was extremely humble and within 2 hours of my call someone was at home and helps to rectify the issue as well as offer the fRee service.
