This company stole thousands from us. We have requested a return but refuses to return back thousands we transferred convinced by this owner that it was a safe transaction. No inventory was received and no longer want to take the risk. Its sad we need to take our issue through courts. New foreign buyers completely avoid this business. Unnecessary action on Atul Gupta (owners part) extremely unfair business owner. We refuse to remove this feedback, until full funds have been returned. Its greatly needed, hard earned income during this pandemic.

This company is fraud. I’ve had to hire a lawyer to assist in owner Atul Gupta to return thousands of dollars. I would never recommend this company. He’s ignored numerous requests, to return my funds. No inventory received. I’m a Canadian Amazon buyer. Very unprofessional company. Such unnecessary steps. It’s unnecessary for him to be holding back thousands for the thrill of it. He thinks it’s ok to steal thousands from foreigners, and completely ignores my requests to return funds, especially in time of funds desperately needed for family needs. I hope he realizes that this is not correct, and that he has permanently ruined a good foreign business relationship. I’m not giving up, until my funds are returned.

Foreign buyers beware. If I could rate zero. I would. I’ve been waiting several months asking for my 7,000 CAD to be returned. Texting every other days requesting my money to be returned. This company is a fraud. Atul the owner is refusing to return my hard earned money. I’ve had to hire a lawyer and secondly, waiting for my bank to reverse the wire transfer. Thirdly, I need to file complaints in India. I’m never purchasing overseas again. Complete nightmare. Stay clear away from this company. It’s wrong to hang on to someone’s hard earned money for nothing. Especially, when it’s needed the most.

Nice place to buy Rajasthani handicrafts and Jaipuri Home Furnishing items. Collection is large, prices are also very competitive but all variety is not displayed. Their Warehouse to see full range is very far from here. But the staff is very helpful.
